Fermented using a specialised yeast that shares a gene with wine yeast allowing it to express previously hidden New Zealand white wine character paired with New Zealand hops post fermentation give this IPA a lot of peach, passion fruit, grape and white wine characteristics upfront, with a soft, subtle, earthy bitter tone on the finish.
