Utilizing lessons from the Foeder Pilsner we released last December, Foeder Lager utilizes a new recipe designed to better accentuate qualities of the oak-aging process. Expect notes of biscuit, vanilla, and oak to take the lead with a light-to-medium body and a dialed-in hop bitterness.
