Dancehall is an ode to Magnum Dancehall Kings and Queens. It’s a bright and vibrant Kriek style sour with silly amounts of cherry added at different stages of fermentation to give a complexity of flavour. The beer was then finished with Choke berry to give an additional berry depth and a bitterness reminiscent of the tonic wine that carries the Dancehalls name.
