Our production team had a vision of blending a sour rich in flavors of roast, cherry, and dark chocolate to infuse with chai spices. A mind’s eye vision based on someone’s affinity for dirty chai lattes. With aromas of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and cardamom and notes of roast, fruity dark chocolate, a hint of black peppercorn, and ginger, The Mind’s Chai melds a complex mix of flavors in one glass.
