Brewed to celebrate our 6th birthday. For this IPA, we wanted to make a real easy drinking crusher despite its ABV. A different water profile to our normal water, helps this beer finish a little more crisp, with an assertive bitterness.Citra, Cryo Simcoe, & Motueka throughout the brew and dry hop. Tropical fruits, with a zesty lime finish.
