A well-crafted beer on the basis of unsold bread retrieved from the Hoffmann bakeries, this collaboration-beer between the Hoffmann bakery and the Simon (Wiltz) and Stuff breweries (Steinsel) is the result of the upcycling concept applied to beer brewing. Notes of baker's yeast and fresh toast make way to a stronger taste of well-baked crust.
