F--k your "West Coast Apples" and the truck they rode in on! Many California cider makers use the misleading term "made from west coast apples" on their cans of cider. This is a deceptive marketing strategy to make it seem as if they are a local producer, when in fact they're using Washington and Oregon generic juice brought down by the tanker load. California Plum Traders Syndicate is produced using ONLY pure California Plums. This is our OG Plum Jerkum which was made from Plums picked in the summer of 2018 and aged in oak barrels for nearly 3 years. You can taste every bit of the Plum character. There are notes of sweet oak, tart red plum, cherries and white cranberries.
