22 Month Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale with Brettanomyces from Puncheon Barrel 8404.Our 4 large puncheon barrels rest just to the right of the door to our beer garden, beneath where our coolship is perched.Each of our 4 puncheon barrels has been assigned a number that corresponds with a Marine Corps MOS (Military Occupational Specialty Code).These 4 MOS's together (8404, 0351, 1371, & 0311) comprise a well-rounded fire team.Each of these 4 beers has its own culture, just as each MOS does.Our Co-Founder and Head Brewer, Ben, held the MOS of 1371, as a Combat Engineer.
