Living easy, living free. I'm on the Highway to Haze. This is juicy, hazy IPA that was [literally] packed full of our home-grown fresh hops - thrown in the fermenter as a dry hop, after a quick sous-vide. This process brings out all the delicious hop oil from the cone and keeps the delicate aromatics in the beer.
