Koldt På Toppen is a hybrid between a lager and an ale, which gives a crisp malt taste with a full blast of hops. We have used corn and rice to give the beer a lighter misty color, as if it were a frozen landscape. We have used hops from New Zealand and passion fruit to give it a fruity and floral taste experience.Koldt på Toppen is part of the Phoenix Series from Ølsnedkeren.
