Our friends at Spring44 distilling have been hooking it up recently with awesome gin barrels, and this might be the best blend yet. It's a two barrel blend of Saison and Funky Blender aged for months in freshly emptied gin barrels. Big lime notes in the nose, and very little oak/vanilla barrel notes other blends have had. It's super clean and drinkable. As usual, even the non-gin lovers will really enjoy this!
