Our SMaSH Entry for January 9th’s Florida Smashfest Using Only Baird's 1823 Heritage Collection’s London Lager Malt and Yakima Chief's Cashmere Hops.After Souring, We Rested it on Over Two Pounds of Guava and Mango Puree per Gallon and Added Milk Sugar for Sweetness & Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to Enhance the Tropical Flavors of the Fruit.
