We first made Dank Harvest IPL after missing out on NZ fresh hop season because our Northland brewery is so far from harvest! This 100%American-hopped lager uses our house lager strain with a lean malt bill + massive amounts ofSimcoe, Citra, Centennial & Columbus before cold fermentation & conditioning for four weeks. It’s a true IPL. Massive dank, fruity hops with smooth, crazydrinkability.
