This release features only hops from New Zealand. The hops are Rakau, Motueka, NZ Cascade and in particular The Bruce, a hop blend of the best from Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Motueka. In the aroma you are met with a delightful smell of guava, green papaya, fish sauce, grass and vanilla. The taste is a wonderful mix of tropical fruits, fresh citrus Peel, notes of pine as well as green strawberries and grapes. The beer has a pleasant bitterness throughout as well as a soft body that helps cut through the richness of the sweet fruits.
