Aroma: Medium, with coffee and chocolate, light vanilla notes, impression of creamy sweetness. Hop aroma is absent, Appearance: Dark brown, slightly matte.Creamy foam with shades of brown. Taste: Dark malt sensations and chocolate flavors dominate. Hop bitterness is moderate. Medium sweetness, balances roasty character and hop bitterness, persists through the finish. Fruity esters are faint to moderate. Mouthfeel: full-bodied and creamy. Carbonation is moderate. High residual sweetness from unfermentable sugars enhances the full-bodied feel.
