A blend of young and aged perry, combining the best characteristics of both.The young portion is our 2018 vintage, fermented on Riesling skins. The aged portion is Revel's 2021 vintage, fermented in stainless steel.The aged portion was made in 2020, and laid down in oak barrels for a year.It drinks like wandering a seaside tourist town in the off-season, fresh brioche cooling on a windowsill. It's soft and mellow: vintage vinyl carried by the ocean breeze.Unfiltered & wild-fermented.
