Sour ale fermented with cranberries, aronia berries and blue grapes aged for 15 months on Merlot barrels.After that bottled with champagne yeast on 75cl bottles.Removed the yeast after a refermentation in bottle for 4 months, due the traditional method.Before corking we added a shot of Homemade Limoncello!Belgian Brut Beer
