At 8.5% ABV, this DIPA packs a gorgeous amount of whole tangerine purée, which brings pithy, crisp bitterness to the citrus flavor. In addition to the complexities of the tangerine, we added Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial hops into the whirlpool and dry-hopped this beauty with Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Centennial.
