How often does a brewer meet someone and they say, "I have a great idea for a beer!"? Well, this time it was some of the Brewhouse staff and it was their lucky day. Chefs to Bar Tenders and everyone in between were invited to participate and help create a truly dank West Coast IPA.A beer dominated with the scent of grapefruit and pine with a slight tropical aroma a frothy white head that presents atop a deep amber beer with a frothy white head that laces all the way to the bottom of the glass. The caramel malt flavours provide a slight sweetness that balances the hop flavours nicely. The finish is dry and bitter, with a slight citrusy note lingering on the palate. This resinous and dank West Coast IPA.
