"Blue Fondue Paste" is an Unfiltered Imperial Fruited Gose brewed with milk sugar and a goopy mixture of banana, strawberry, kiwi, and blueberry. Designed to create a unique sensory experience, we conditioned this “paste” on Madagascar vanilla beans, vanilla wafers, lime and Yuzu zest, cocao nibs, and spirulina. Think chocolate banana smoothies, blue airheads, and blue Caribbean crush cocktails.
