Tsundoku is literally the collecting of books that you haven't read, however it's concept is rooted in a continuous act of curiosity. The antilibrary serves the purpose of being an intellectual reminder about how much there is to explore in the world, to stay curious, and that you don’t know as much as you think you know — there’s always more to learn and knowledge will never be complete. We used the beautiful Carolina Gold rice from Tidewater farms to showcase in this refreshing lager.
