An off the wall hybrid, ForAgainst is a double dry hopped sour brut lactose DIPA. All of the dextrines and complex sugars usually left in beer were completely fermented dry with the help of a special enzyme and 100% of the body and sweetness are from the addition of lactose in the boil. Soured to a tart 3.2 ph and dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops. Sweet, Sour, Hoppy, Bitter. Big aromas of melon, gummy bears, red berries and and Riesling-like diesel-lime character from the Idaho Gem.
