8 and 17 month old golden sours aged in pinor noir casks blended and then racked onto whole Marion Blackberries from our friends in Oregon's Willamette valley. Trusting our farmers we selected Marion Blackberries as they were "the most saturated flavor and aroma of any varietal this harvest." That is true of this beer.
