An homage to the original but made with 10 hops (for 10 years, get it?).Brewed with: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Columbus,Galaxy, Loral, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe.Named after the elusive creature with the head of a shark and the body of a boy that first swooped in on a broom during construction of the brew pub, this Double IPA can elevate a bad day to good. The Witchshark is shy and mischievous, but once you let him into your heart you’ll see why this intense brew is such a popular one.What it smells and tastes like: Highly drinkable, with well-balanced bitterness, restrained malt character, notes of Minute Made, grapefruit juice, and pineapple.
