At 5.2%, Summer Sun is our newest Echo Chamber Berliner Weisse. It’s straight up LOADED with mango, pineapple, and tangerine. It smells like Sunny D, tastes like pineapple syrup and ripe mango, and has a strong lingering flavor of mango soda. Imagine you’re at a boujee brunch spot downtown with a mimosa bar. Imagine packing as much citrus juice and AMS many pineapple slices into your full glass of sparkly champagne as you can - That’s what this beer tastes like.
