Sirdar (another name for Sherpa) is a barrel aged maple coffee stout (abv 12%) created to honor the incredible Sherpas of Nepal. This stout was blended from a select few barrels which aged for between 16-19 months. We cold conditioned this blend on Bambito Estate Panamanian Geisha coffee from our forever friends at Mostra Coffee and barrel aged maple syrup from our Amish pals at Miller's maple farm.
