Belgian-style Brett beer.This Belgian-style pale ale has been slow-fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for a distinctive flavour. It was brewed in May 2017 and matured with B.Bruxellensis for 4 months before arriving in this bottle. It is ready to drink now but will continue to develop in the bottle for a number of years.This is one of only 60 of these hand-bottled beers in existence. Try it as an aperitif.
