Faith In Strangers

Описание

This is a more traditional west coast style IPA. In this batch we used Galaxy hop flowers in the whirlpool, with dry hop additions of Vic Secret and Centennial. The result is a bright amber coloured beer, which has cleaned up nicely in it’s conditioning phase. On the nose we get aromas of pine and orange peel. On the palate we get a moderate but balanced up front bitterness, with flavours of pine, citrus and pineapple.
