A sour beer that was fermented with a unique brewing yeast strain (Lachancea), recently discovered on a tree in a Philadelphia graveyard of all places, that naturally produces lactic acid without the use of lactic acid bacteria. Underwent a secondary fermentation with a fruity Brettanomyces strain and used new world American hops during the boil and for dry hopping.
