We’re not sure. We’veonly been in our own basement, checking on thisbeer as it fermented and aged in Oak Puncheonsbeneath the bustling streets of Astoria. SubterraneanNectaron was fermented with a blend of ten differentyeast strains - the tart, sour flavor from the longfermentation process is bolstered and balanced bybright, fresh stone fruit from the Nectaron Dry-Hop.Truly subterranean.
