Smoked Plum

Inspired by our Monsters of Meat pairing last fall, we decided this cider was so delicious it deserved the full small batch Ciderday treatment. First, the Cidermakers smoked fresh plums over logs of cherry wood, then infused the plums into our semi-sweet cider and finished it by adding fresh plum puree. Tart and inky, this light purplur cider conjures campfire aromas infused with sweet carmelized sugars.
