All of the Lagunitas fermentation tanks, from Petaluma to Chicago to Seattle, are named after the dogs that hang around our brewery every day. Penny, the LagunitasSeattle fermentation tank that created this beer, is named after a sweet black lab. This Imperial Chocolate Porter brewed by LagunitasChicago's Mark is sweet and rich, just like Penny. Cheers!
