Spring in Chardonnay is a sour beer, barrel aged for 6 months in Chardonnay Barrels and re-fermented in bottle. This beer is almost a year in the making. We get complex aromas of stone fruit, citrus and subtle oak character. The beer is rounded out by a soft, creamy mouthfeel and just a touch of funk.
