Our Pennsylvania Harvest Cider is a blend of a modern style pear cider using commercial yeast and three different natural style apple ciders inspired by the great cider makers of France. The pear provides some acidity/tartness while the apple ciders provide the complexity. This is both a fantastic food pairing cider, and a wonderful standalone drinker.
