Pilsners are a timeless classic style crafted for crisp refreshment and sessionability.For our 5th birthday we’ve tapped a couple of exclusive fresh Kellerbier style kegs of a yet to be released German Pilsner.Unfiltered and kegged directly from the lagering vessel, this Kellerbier retains all the hallmarks of the classic Pilsner style with some residual haze due to its young age. We were so happy with this Pilsner that we decided to tap a keg especially for our birthday. At 4.5% we've leaned into the lower end of the ABV spectrum for style to maximise sessionability and crisp dryness whilst retaining a firm bitterness, and prominent herbal and earthy hop aromas.Good beer made for good times.
