One pound of barrel aged coffee per gallon of barrel aged beer was used to create BA OCC. The barrels have grown to maturity in the barrel pasture. They have been picked and emptied, giving us sweet liquids and interesting coffees. We blended these barrel bounties into a double barrel aged version of the OCC.
