Stirling Castle is a deep and richly coloured India Pale Ale with hues of orange and copper, with an ABV of 6.5%. Traditional pale and amber malts give a full and smooth body, and malty sweetness is balanced with mellow English hops for a dry bitterness. Distinctive and intense aromas of tropical fruits and a long Australian hoppy finish make for a full-flavoured but easy drinking modern take on the classic India Pale Ale. It celebrates the journey of original India Pale Ale from England to Australia.
