In order to celebrate our 250th batch brewed here in Berlin, we decided to do something a little special. We started with one of the richest base beers to date utilizing a variety of specialty malts. We then let this beer rest on an irresponisble amount of Ungandan and Madagascar vanilla beans at over one pound per barrel. The resulting beer is incredibly dense and palate coating, it is reminiscent of drinking liquid vanilla cake batter.
