Schouskjelleren's house Witbier. ABV might vary slightly from batch to batch.Made the belgian way instead of the german. We brewed this one with Orange peel, oats and wheat for a soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes. Naturally hazy due to the wheat, it works amazingly with spiced foods, meat or vegetables alike.
