Deus is a blend of 3, 2, and 1 year barrel aged beer that was spontaneously inoculated with the yeast and bacteria in the parking lot around 20 Hurst Ave. in Kitchener. The beer is then fermented directly in the barrels and aged for up to 3 years. Inspired by belgian gueuze this is an acidic, funky beer that is in a world of its own
