Before Sunrise

Описание

Always when we least expect it, that idyllic moment appears to make you wonder”what if”. In an old world setting, we’ve happened upon the perfect match of a rich and creamy body, over a saline tangy base. Resplendent in lemon and herbal qualities with new world ingredients.A wheat dominant malt bill, accentuated with malted and rolled oats was mashed and lautered but not boiled, before cofermentation with lactobacillus and saccharomyces. The result is a rich and textural sour, with a tangy base.A collaboration with Saccharomyces Beer Café.
