after sharing a few neighbourly sakes/beers it was inevitable for Zenkuro Sake and Canyon to create a beer & sake hybrid. Utilising the leftover umami rich kasu, yuzu zest and sorachi ace hops we created an ultra dry lager with a unique bouquet of creamy citrus and herbaceous dill. Kanpai!
