The latest of our AWOL creations, this small batch wild ale is fermented with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, kept alive since the original AWOL release in 2018. Aged in oak barrels from the Barossa Valley, the balance of tartness and sweetness is pleasantly matched by the fruit and wood character.
