Our next version of a WCIPA, West Coast IPA No. 2 is full of Loral, Centennial (Cryo/Salvo), Simcoe Cryo, Cascade, Chinook. Particular attention to hop survivables was paid when planning out the hops and hop schedule on this new brew. Enjoy the rock melon, citrus, stone fruit, and pine that smacks you on the tongue. It's very moreish.
