For this half of our ‘Holy Trinity’ hop series we used barley, oats, and a touch of wheat to brew a creamy, hazy IPA. A huge dry-hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic gives big tropical fruit vibes. Hoppy, but not bitter.
