ERB Ziben is a light lager with only 2.7% alcohol and an atypical taste. Due to a longer fermentation process a dryer taste profile is created, leading to a more refreshing taste without a sweet tone. Aromas of apricots, peaches and cherries give the beer a stronger, more bitter after taste. A nice and refreshing beer for hot summer days.
