80s Old West (coast) IPA|CLUB release #34|Synth hops – Chinook BBC |Azacca|Citra pure pelletMusic pairing – Steve Stevens Atomic PlayboysVisual pairing – Young Guns (1989)So we went old, old school in this beer bringing the malts forward for one final cowboy hurrah! Crystal malt gives this beer a more rounded feel and it is balanced by the Azacca additions, big in alpha acids with a bright and refreshing classic west coast IPA aroma.“It’s a big gun… It’s a big town”
