Cool Down

Brewed in collaboration with the biggest annual tournament on our local disc golf course of the same name, Cool Down is brewed to be halfway between an american pilsner and a summer ale. In the spirit of its namesake we fermented this ale extra cold to keep an ultra-clean profile. A modest addition of Citra and a light dry hop with Motueka CG>X give a refreshing lemon-lime-tangerine finish to this light, crushable ale.
