AntarktIS – A cider inspired by Norwegian exploration of Antarctica.Ice cider is traditionally made by concentrating apple juice through freezing, creating a rich and naturally sweet base. For AntarktIS, Discovery apples are cryo-concentrated and fermented to 10.7% ABV, then matured and bottled with gentle carbonation.Most ice ciders are still and intensely sweet, but AntarktIS is different: lighter, sparkling, and less sugary. This gives it a crisp freshness and greater versatility — pairing beautifully with desserts like cake and ice cream, complementing cheeses, or enjoyed simply on its own. A rare and innovative expression of the cryo-concentration style.
